We got the rectangle shape for our cat for use as a scratching area in hopes we could divert her from using the dining room rug which is her favorite and only thing she scratches in the house. She was immediately attracted to it and was crazy about the catnip supplied. She sits on the piece a lot but so far does not seem interested in scratching it. It is a nice piece and does not stand out and scream cat scratcher. We have hopes that she will eventually start to use it.

In theory, this module cat furniture is great - in reality, not so much. We bought three different shaped pieces to make a cat tree/scratcher. The sections are a bit too small for a average size cat to enjoy, and the clips are useless! They do not fit tight - just slide right off, so the whole thing is unstable. We ended up putting the clips in place and wrapping clear packing tape all around clip and unit to hold it together. Works, but doesn't look that great. I'd consider buying more pieces IF they were wider and IF something better replaced the now-useless clips (spring-lock clips, maybe?)

I was skeptical at first when I first saw this and thought it was a little expensive for a cardboard cat scratcher. I decided to buy a piece for my cat Zoe to try and I have to say, after opening it up and feeling the quality of it, it's much better than any cardboard scratcher I have seen. It is very tightly packed and sturdy. The layers of the cardboard are very tight which makes Katris very heavy. I can see why it costs $50 bucks per piece. It will take Zoe a while to go through this. I have seen plastic shelves that are designed like this that costs 6-7 hundred dollars. Katris is eco-friendly which is a plus. Once I figure what type of shape I want to make I will buy the other pieces I need.

I would give this 5 points but with 12 cats using it, it gets quite a workout daily, but I will say I have yet to have to vacuum up any errant pieces of cardboard that you find with the cheapy throwaway scratchers. My only gripe, where can I buy extra clips? I have some hefty felines and find myself readjusting clips every day because they get pushed out. I have thought of using duct tape instead but that would take away from the esthetic value.

Ingenious. Bought several shapes and mix them up through the day. I only bring them out on the weekend, because they are too expensive to leave out and get destroyed. Would be five star, but the price is quite high IMO. Would order another dozen, but the price hurts!They are heavy and well made. Sharp... watch out for paper cuts.

I love these! My cats love them! They are awesome! I managed to snag a whole set of the different shapes, plus an extra zigzag, as they were disappearing from Amazon before my eyes! I have them arranged like stairs and a platform under the upstairs hall windows and the cats love scratching, climbing and sitting on them to look out the window. The extra zigzag, I have sitting on a half wall near the living room, so they can use it as an extra step to get to the top of the display case and to the upper window. My house is now totally catified! :)

Overall I'm glad I bought this. If the pieces were wider and the clips always worked, it would be a 5 star product. It's great that when I get sick of looking at it I can change it up. Better to look at than a carpeted cat tree. But it's sad that this product could be exceptional with better parts. Now it's just ok.

Bought this to put together with the cube shape. Kitty and I love the design but it doesn't hold up very well. He started scratching right way and the surface was pretty ragged after about 5 minutes. Unfortunately $50 is too expensive to replace frequently so I won't be buying this again unless it's on sale.

I could not be happier with this piece, nor could my kitten. He LIVES in it. I also bought the longer version. They are so well made, sturdy and durable and my kitten took to it immediately. I will continue to buy these. Also, the packing is awesome, very sturdy, and the piece is wrapped in a cardboard within the box so it cannot be dented. Very impressed with the product and quality of delivery.

My kitties love these. They climb on them, sleep on the, sleep next to them, and most importantly scratch them! I've had one for about two years, so it definitely beats the cheapo ones you can buy. Just added another one for more scratching surfaces.

I bought 4 different Katris piece. The pieces are of great quality, strong and stable. Two of my cats are overweight and it holds them just fine. The width is a bit short but that doesn't seem to matter to my 3 cats. They climb, they lounge and play on it. It doesn't tip, fall but does at times slightly move since it's not against a wall, my adult cats play hard. The cats are now using only the Katris for their clawing needs which is wonderful for our couch. I have one cat who likes to chew everything and she is truly enjoying the Katris for her teething needs. Some of the snaps that hold them together are a little too loose so it's not a tight hold but it's still keeping it together even with the hard play. The Katris is extremely easy to care for. A quick vacuuming sucks up all the hair, or even a damp cloth wipes it away in a jiffy. This was a huge selling point for me. I was tired of the endless vacuuming of those carpeted cat trees. The bonus feature is being able to change forms. This keeps my cats entertained as well as myself. It fits in just about any room, corner or split it in two and make smaller cat furniture. It's a super great idea!

ブルーのかわいいイラストが描かれた箱に入っていて、テンションがあがりました♪(梱包の箱はちゃんと二重になっていました)爪研ぎ自体がスタイリッシュで部屋のオブジェ的存在になります。海外メーカーならではのオシャレさです( ﾟ∀ﾟ)あいにくにゃんズはまだ爪研ぎとして使ってくれませんが、毎日上に座って毛繕いしてます。値段が結構するので微妙ですができたらもうひとつ欲しいですね・・色が写真よりも濃い茶色だったので星１つマイナスにしてます。

猫たちがTV台の上のTVと壁の間を通るのを好むため、コード類に引っかからないようスキマを埋める為に３ピース購入しました。重みもあって、猫たちが蹴飛ばしても動きません。爪とぎや座る場所にもなって購入目的以上のメリットがあり、購入してよかったです。猫たちも嬉しそうです。
