Great pipe but cracked within 2 weeks! Flaw in wood?
I bought this pipe for my boyfriend's birthday. He loves the way it handles, feels, and the over-the-top design. It's his new favorite pipe! HOWEVER, it CRACKED in 2 weeks use. He's only had it since August 8th, he only smokes about 4-5 times a week.I have contacted the seller direct asking for an EXCHANGE, though it's 4 days and no response. My boyfriend LOVES this pipe and we realize this may just be a flaw in the pearwood and another pipe would suffice. We hope to hear from them soon! Will update.
