Love these vitamins. Clean ingredients. Great dose of D3 and K2. It’s a little pricey but they actually work. I’ve tried other brands but never noticed a difference like I do with these. They give me good energy

Bought these for my husband because he travels often and would come home sick from something anytime he had to go through an airport. He's been using these daily for about 3 months now, got sick only one BUT instead of symptoms for a week he was over it in 2-3 days! That was during the first month he started taking them, so far he has not gotten sick since. Safe to say, these higher quality capsules have substantially improved his gut, therefor his immune system is now working better.

Timely and great product

I've never really researched or dug deep into a Men's Multi-Viatim! I always was doing the original easy brands or the big box brands. This one is LEGIT! I have felt better after taking this product. Still awaiting bloodwork to see if it makes a difference but I'd say the extra money is worth it due to the ingredients! It's a little rough flavor wise, but I'm not buying one of these to taste it.

Appear to work well, can't say my husband has seen a difference though so I'll ask him if he wants to buy them again. I think when he does take them he has more energy and actually stays awake past 7 🙄 but maybe he drinks more coffee or something 🤷‍♀️🤣

*From my research* (I am not a doctor or nutritionist or anything of the sort) The recommended daily supplemental dose of vitamin A (for an adult male/female) is 700mcg to 900mcg. The tolerable daily intake level is around 3000mcg, a variation of these supplements are just under that. However, the vitamin A here comes from beta-carotene. I switched to the fermented multi which contains less vitamin A. Some of the other vitamins are on the higher side as well. B vitamins are water soluble, so beside B12, your body doesn't normally store these. Yet, it's something to consider if you’re taking additional supplements, especially with the vitamin D. Overall, I appreciate the organic ingredients and mushroom blend. Good quality. Caused stomach upset early on, but seemed to even out.
