Received a about a week and half ago and wanted to wait and write a review after I had used the product a few times.No problem pairing with my Apple XR.The sound quality is good considering the price, plenty loud enough for all activities and personal preferencesThe operation does require a bit of getting used to, ie the speed of taps on the side, however the one thing that did stand out for me is when I adjust the volume the long tap on the side of the bud pauses the music playback, I have to adjust the volume and restart, this is not such a problem for me but could be annoying for some people, I feel you should be able to adjust volume while music continues to play.I have also noticed slight interruptions in one or both if I turn my head to the side, or look over my shoulder.The enclosed instruction leaflet was adequate, didn’t strike me with confidence in trying to pair if unlike me your less tech savvy or even navigating the product, however a little bit more information could have been supplied regarding perhaps getting the buds in the ear or the best position for them as still trying to get used to this aspect, I wouldn’t be confident at this point if I was using them for running that they would stay in, as using them for walking then not a problem.The spelling errors in leaflet need to be improved.Overall not a bad set of earbud headphones.

I was initially very pleased with these. Sound good, etc. However, my main problem is that without fail, each time I use them they randomly turn off after approximately 5 minutes of wear. As far as I can see, the only way to turn them back on again is to place them back in their charging case and then take them out again. As I bought them primarily for use while running, this is at best inconvenient and at worst, makes them completely unfit for purpose. The charging case is quite bulky to take out on a run and fiddling around with headphones while running is not what you want to be doing. Is there a way of switching them back on again without the case? The user manual doesn't mention it and I've tried various combinations of taps and presses on the buds but to no avail. Does anyone else have this problem?

Arrived quickly. Easy to use and charge up. Sometimes can be difficult to be able to listen to music through both earphones as they can be temperamental (Don’t let this put you off!) but when they do work they are perfect. Easy to carry around with the case that’s comes with them. Instructions aren’t great but they are pretty self explanatory to connect up. The battery lasts quite a long time more than you’d expect from wireless devices. overall glad I purchased them!

I think they spent to much time on the appearance then the actual product. I was unlucky enough to get the bad batch of head phones. After using it for the 2nd time either one of them would not connect or both of them wouldn’t work. The volume isn’t loud at all even when it’s all the way up and they are awkward when you put them into your ear. It’s not a complete waste of money but it’s not really worth buying if you like your music loud.

The headphones are great for the price when they work. The battery life is great as I can go a week without charging the case. However the connection isn't always the greatest as the audio cuts off from time to time. They fit well in my ear and stay in when running or weight training. The sound quality is ok for the price. I would've given this review 5 stars only if the connection between my phone (galaxy note 8) and the headphones didn't cut off as much as it does.

I use this product for going to work (listening to music), watching Netflix and YouTube and I’ve got to say, the head phones are amazing for their price.The only bad thing I would say is they hurt your ears after a while of being in, properly just need to a just to them as never had earphones or AirPods like them before.The battery also lasts quite long - amazing for long walks, bike rides or even car journeys.

The capability to operating as independent items or as a stereo pair is handy thou you do have to be quick when removing from the charger to keep as a pair.The do occasionally disconnect and need to be re-paired and have experienced drop outs (in one ear) whilst running where the phone (S9+) is in a pouch round my waist - more noticeable if i turn my head to one side?

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this fantastic wireless headphones for listening to music and audio books. I've had the ear buds for about a week and I'm completely delighted with them so far.Taking phone calls is an excellent function and pairing them was not an issue. After pairing them to my phone once, it does it automatically every time afterwards. Bluetooth range is very good and the charging station works well and seems to be of excellent quality too.I am very impressed with this product as the battery life is as advertised (to 4-5 hours) with great sound quality, smart touch key is a fantastic feature(  simple and intelligent touch to switch music and phone call multifunctional operation, ergonomic and stylish, mono and dual mode and an outstanding quality.Highly recommend it!
