I am satisfied with this suit. After doing 500 Jumping Jacks every other morning in my backyard, I have a puddle of sweat in my chair after cool down. Even when I walk 3 miles, my underwear underneath are completely soaked. Started taking niacin to extract the chemicals along with the sweat. Be mindful folks though, take a camel back with you in order to stay hydrated. Otherwise will undoubtedly get dizzy when you bend down to untie your shoes and possibly pass out. I got wobbly once and learned my lesson. Ex Wrestler here. Wish I had this suit back then. As far as build quality. Seams are really stitched up good & tight. I'm 6' 275lbs. Got 3XL. Tight when new. After a few uses fits like a glove & liking it. If you are too poor to own a sauna, then this is your ticket folks. Plus, you won't be sitting on your fat tail just sweating. You'll have to move your tail to get the sweat pumps going in this. The drawback is you will slowly become fit. Ha ha.

Fits amazing, helps with circulation and resistance.

This is a seriously affective suit to assist your weight loss goals. The smell and taking it off would be the only set back if any. I started out with the xxl....I was 247 pounds I'm now 236....of course this suit only gets the credit of heating me up very fast....I did the work I'm not extreme but consistent. As with anything you will have to break it in a little. Some argue the zipper, but when my stomach had a little more poke...lol the zipper seemed very sturdy...and is still very sturdy....but anyone could get a bad one..lastly I wear a sweat suit over mine to catch the sweat....I dread the plastic sauna suit to messy....effective but messy.....

For the price it's a good product

Fits great, I recommend wearing a tank top and shorts under it; just made it much much easier to take off. I started sweating pretty fast after I zipped it up, it serves it's purpose, that's for sure. I had no problems with range of motion when I wore this while working out on my punching bag, legs moved fine for kicks, the suit even offered a little extra support for my knees during kicks. I plan on wearing it during other workouts, some DVD based combat style workouts and probably while jogging too. Drink plenty of water! It's really easy to get dehydrated when wearing these! I've been dizzy all day because I didn't drink enough fluids during or after my workout. Overall, I love this product and I hope it lasts me a while!!

Sizes are way off!

Got the suit today, the size I chose was based on the measurements provided, it was a bit tight, I’d go up a size if I were going to buy this again. Ok, here is my routine prior to the suit: Base layers: compression pants, compression rash guard, jogging pants, tshirt, and hoodie After an 45 minutes of exercise with this get up I usually lose about 2.5 lbs of water. I put on the RAD suit today, a tshirt over the top and jogging pants. Did my normal routine…result… 1.9 lbs of water loss in 45 minutes. Verdict: This particular sauna suit isn’t going to make you lose any more water than putting on a few layers of compression clothing, and workout clothes. I was disappointed, because I had hoped this suit would help me drop at least an extra pound of water weight, even that would make it worth the money. I’m going to try it again on the weekend, this time with the compression attire as well, perhaps together, I’ll get 4lbs of water loss.

I am 5'8" and 180 pounds! this has helped me lose 20 pounds and keep it off! i bought a medium and it fit perfectly! It is machine washable just make sure to air dry. It has kept together well and i've had it for nearly 8 months. I don't use it as often but with the winter months coming along i might just pull it out again to keep that holiday weight off! This combined with a healthy diet and exercise and you'll see significant changes. just 30 minutes a day and you'll see changes in no time.
