These were recommended by my doctor because I have planters fasciitis. I just put them in my shoes 4 days ago. Omg what a difference. I haven’t had any pain since. They fit nicely in my shoes.

seems like it is pricey- but I have several pairs of these insoles and they are the best! Did not need to go to the retail shop and get somebody to custom make me something that cost hundreds of dollars. Instead, I am fortunate enough to be able to use these prosthetics and they provide the support that I need to take pressure off my feet. I have several pair that I swap amongst my various shoes that I wear. Easy to remove an insert into another shoe. They make a tennis shoe type and a high heeled type. I have both and recommend both. Do yourself a favor and go for the medium expensive solution first - you may be pleasantly surprised how much just a little support will help! Note: I worked in children’s and women’s shoes for many many years - I know what support we all need and I know what shoes have and do not have it. These super feet insoles make up for a lot that the shoe manufacturers don’t offer.

The end of the insole near the balls of my foot created a bit of a seam or ledge it took a little time to get used to, but it’s fine.My feet (heels, specifically) feel MUCH better in ballet flats than they did before I added support

I didn’t know I have high arches and how much insoles can help until recently. I got these based off a recommendation by chatGPT. But they’ve made my standing and walking experience sooooo much better. I’ve tried them in both pumps, flats and sneakers. All worked, and it improved the comfort of all my shoes. It made a pair of walmart $20 flats with 0 support suddenly more padded and cloud-like.If you are easily fatigued from being on your feet like me, give it a go.I hope this lasts a long time.

Purchasing these inner soles I learnt that patented does not mean effective, only that someone paid for the patent. These inner soles have the most ridiculous design ever! To come up with such a design one must ignore anatomy and the laws of physics. That is, unless you glue the inner soles to your feet before wearing shoes. I meant to use these inner soles inside wide toe-box barefoot shoes. In theory, plenty of room to fit both the inner sole and the foot in along with plenty of play to slide the foot in without pushing these inner soles forward, inside the shoe. In practice, I didn’t even go out in them. I fiddled so much trying to keep the blast*ed inner sole in place whilst trying to gently slide my foot inside the shoe without getting the inner sole to slide forward and dig its raised back end into my heel. Impossible. Every single shoe type I know is inevitably wider at the toe-end compared to its heel. It’s anatomy. Regardless of the fact that I was meaning to use these inner soles within barefoot shoes. Since these inner soles do not reach the toe-end, these inner soles have nothing to push against the inner extremities of the shoe to make them stay in place. Due to the length of these inner soles, regardless, inevitably there is friction between the foot sliding inside the shoe and the inner sole, and between the inner sole sliding over the inner base of the shoe. It’s physics. After trying for some time and before being late going out, I gave up. Put them back in their cardboard container.Returned. Refunded.Thank you, instead, to Amazon efficient as usual.
