I bought this for my 9 and a half hour flight to Dominican Republic and it literally saved my life, I slept like a baby the whole way. I could sleep in so many different positions as I could twist the pillow to form any shape I wanted. Definitely would recommend!

Bought this to help with travel used to sleep and to support my back and sciatica worked wonders on the plane

So I didn't actually use this as a travel pillow in the just shy of 6 months it lasted. I used it instead to stop myself sleeping on my new piercing.It did work for that - I'd roll over onto my side and my ear would slot into the hole in the shape I'd bent the pillow into. It is comfortable to lean on for a short time because of the memory foam. But I couldn't sleep that way because it's so bulky. Instead when I'd roll over in the night this would wake me, and alert me to the need to flip back over. So it definitely helped with not leaning on my piercing.I imagine that if you were using it for actual travel the bendiness of the pillow and the bulk of it would come in handy. I didn't get to test that aspect since covid hit shortly after I bought it...Lasted 6 months of daily use. Might have lasted longer if the zipper on the cover was higher quality - ultimately came off in the washing machine. But if you just want a pillow to help you heal your piercing, this is a good one!

I took it on the plane to lanzarote my husband laught as he couldn't get around his neck its a bit bulky to put in our bags hug it on the outside it is soft I used it it wasn't bad but wouldn't recommend it
