Unfortunately no, these bras are good for hanging around the house or sleeping since they offer no support whatsoever, they are very comfortable but you might want to invest your money on a well made sport bra which are made for high impact activities. Hope this helps.

Q: If i am a 34b what size is recommended that i purchase since most of the reviews says the sizes are smaller?

I have purchased these two times I really like them, I do buy a size up though I get a large instead of a medium. I’m a 38 b . I find them super comfortable. I wear them to bed, around the house and they are great under tank tops, even if you can see them it’s ok.

These fit true to size for me!! If you want them for lounging “comfort” around in, around your place!! Size up! If you want for support for a work out, get a 42, your actual size- it will fit tighter! The fabric of these are comfy! Hope this helps!
