Wine Map of California Map – March 30, 2009

Beautiful map of the wine regions. Size is great! The colors of each region are very helpful. There is only one thing I would change. It would be great to cut out all the non essential areas in the map (like sierra foothills) and fill that space with a visual where you zoom in and see the actual locations of the wineries. I realize that is a lot to ask, but nothing is impossible. Other than not having a spot to place a pin of all the wineries I have visited, this map is wonderful.

I purchased this for my husband for his birthday and he loved it! I read the description carefully and was excited that this was such a large size. It really makes an interesting statement piece. We hung ours in our lounge/bar area, it's a cool talking point. I work in the wine industry so I know the AVA's change frequently so I don't mind that it may not super up to date. Illustration and details are great. Framing was looking pretty expensive so we picked up a $20 black frame from IKEA and it looks great! Great wine map!

I really like it. It’d be better if instead of white background they used light blue. It’s very white.

I bought this so I would know where my wines are coming from, when I buy them from a crowd-sourced winemakers organization. I could have just saved the screenshot to disc and looked it it there, but I like having it on my wall. The paper is quite heavy.

Solid present for a California Wine lover. Bought a nice white frame to put this poster in and it looks great! Gave to my girlfriend as a birthday present and it looks awesome on the wall near the wine rack.

While a person can use books with maps (Word Atlas of Wine), these are a pleasure to share at my friends' wine tastings and dinners. They're framed and we put them up on easels, and guests get a kick out of them. I have all of Steve De Long's products, and they're all first rate.

Good quality, good packaging. All AVAs from North Coast to South Coast, showing mountains, forests, annual average temperatures in each region. All in all very useful as you have the whole North Coast, Central Coast and Sierra Foothills in one bit.
