Great for young children just starting to write
Excellent product for children who are just learning to write.. 4-7 year olds without having to write too much but still able to express themselves.

Great
I brought this for my little niece for Christmas. I thought it was perfect. Excellent way for children to start Gratitude at a young age.

Lovely little journal
Lovely little journal that me and my 6 year old do together in the evening. She loves spending time doing it with me and it’s helping her with her writing and spelling too. It also really helps her to open up to me. Would highly recommend, only gave it 4 stars because it’s damaged down the spine but would certainly buy again.

Lovely book
Lovely little book, easy age appropriate prompts to encourage focusing on positive parts of the day rather than dwelling on the negative. Being able to write or draw at the bottom of the page is lovely as it allows my girl to doodle her thoughts and feelings making it fun and less like work. Each page is the same untill the end of the week where each week there is a different activity to reinforce positive attitude. My daughter is 9 and has been struggling with a recent bereavement this book has been incredibly helpful with processing and understanding her feelings while also keeping her focused on the positive parts of each day.

Excellent
Great idea and my son has really taken to it. He uses it daily and I have found that it really has helped him to be more grateful. I bought this because he was moaning a lot about the lockdown for the pandemic and not having enough to do, missing his friends etc. I understand how hard it is for him but I wanted him to be more mindful about what he has compared to other children in the world. We had a discussion about how lucky he is to have an xbox, regular meals, a loving family etc and that he should appreciate every day that he has good health and the ability to find things to play even if it is without his friends, as some children in the world live in places they can't feel safe enough to play. He's been doing really well at finding things to be grateful for daily and he says that the book and writing every day has helped him to see what is good and that it makes him feel happier. And he always reads to me what he has written. A great reminder to kids to be thankful and mindful. Highly recommend!

Spend a few extra pounds on the more advanced journal
This is just ok. Very basic. Apart from the odd page here and there this is the same thing every day. Pages are repetitive. I'm sorry I didn't buy the original more expensive journal.

A game changer
I cannot recommend this highly enough for children. My daughter who is 6 was struggling with her emotions. I read that gratitude journals can help build resilience so bought this. She loves completing it every single night and talking about the lovely parts of her day and the people she's thankful for. It's made such a difference. I recommend this to everyone
