Amazing stories of triumph
I found myself wanting to find the "perfect" story to read first (since there are many stories of overcoming obstacles and challenges in life - each written by a different author), but I found myself reviewing the table of contents and really interested in many of them at once. :) So, I took the time to do so, and WOW. Truly, I was blown away by the amazing men and women who shared their personal stories with so much depth. I've been inspired by so many of the stories in this book. I really enjoyed reading it.

Inspiring tales that will warm your heart
This is an insightful read, where writers share their personal stories of how they overcame hard times and fought their struggles to come out stronger on the other side. You will laugh, cry and feel the pain in every chapter but know that whatever situation you find yourself in, it's possible to learn a valuable lesson, no matter what happens in life. I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to feel motivated and inspired to make positive changes in both their own and other people's lives.

A real mixture of stories
A real mixture of people's stories- some are profound, some moving, most carry their own individual messages but all are about people who have in the course of their own lives gone on a journey. It is interesting, fascinating and at times inspiring to be able to share in their journey with them. Not all of the stories spoke to me, and some I struggled to follow the style of, but with so many different writers there's something for everyone.

Uplifting
True happy endings that make you feel empathetic happiness. A good book to read if u want to feel happy at the end of reading it. I like it because the stories are true memoirs of people overcoming struggle and hardships onto greater things. I especially liked "when life depends on it" by Sue Messruther. The way it was written makes you want to keep turning the page. You feel so sorry for her yet she doesn't write for pity it's an amazing short story that makes you want to read more. You also learn that life is all about attitude she started with nothing and had the right attitude to work her way to where she is now. Such a worthwhile story:)
