Worth the investment!
The media could not be loaded. Pros: Goldsaft Syrup has a deep, robust sweetness that is less intense than some other types of molasses. The texture is smooth and thick, making it easy to spread on bread or mix into recipes.Cons: Can be a bit pricey compared to other sweetenersPackaging: The syrup comes in a convenient, easy-to-pour bottle that prevents messes and makes it simple to measure out the exact amount needed.

Great used in a family cookie recipe!
Every winter I make "Swedish Lace Cookies", a recipe my great-grandmother brought with her from Sweden in the latter 1800s. The original copy calls for "Swedish syrup". Whatever that might have been, we couldn't get it, so used 1/2 dark molasses & 1/2 light corn syrup. In 2016 a German friend gave me Grafschafter Sugar Beet syrup. It was PERFECT! I made a batch made each way, then did taste tests with folks. The ones made with the Sugar Beet syrup were the hands-down winners. I was delighted to find it available through Amazon for my baking this year. Highly recommended!

Love. Love love
Ok. So I wasn’t sure about this at all. I saw it in a recipe and was curious enough to buy it. My first time dipping my finger in said it was unusual but good. Then I put it on my French toast and fell in love. Yum yum yum. (BTW - in case you’re wondering, you do not taste beets at all - despite it being made from beets.)
