Most supplements fail to deliver on promises. This isnt the case. This is single handedly the best thing I have ever taken as far as pain relief goes. Hands down. Works better than NSAIDs, narcotics, muscle relaxers, steroid shots…. Its the real deal. No side effects for me, just takes my back and wrist pain from a 8 and 4 to a 3 and a 1 respectively. Insane. Will always have a bottle on me even after I get over my tweaked back and wrist. Cannot believe it works this well. If you’re on the fence, buy it. You wont regret it.

Works for husband’s arthritis
My husband has arthritis in his hands from years of fishing. Nothing we tried worked until we chose to try this product due to the many benefits of frankincense. It kept me off Celebrex anti-inflammatory for 5 years.
The first week I began to notice something improving but by week two I believe it equalled 100 mg of celecoxib Celebrex. i'd been taking Advil every night when I try to go off Celebrex. I have never felt any side effects and only used this brand. However in the last few weeks I think On my sixth year it has started to not work for me, bodies can change so I will go off of it for a couple of weeks and then try it again. I never felt any side effect and and got off the anti inflamatory drug celebrex for 5 years and that is a big deal. It beats Aleve by a long shot for risks i think.

Best and purest
I've used this brand of the Boswellia for years. For a short time, I was unable to find it and had to try another brand. It was nowhere near as effective.

So glad I found this.
My pain management doctor recommend I try this instead of my daily Tramadol treatment. Happy to say that I don't need Tramadol anymore! Best product out there and it's all natural.

Works, with two or three capsules daily.
I found that this product has worked for some joint pain. I pricked open the capsule to examine what was inside, and black ooze came out, which did not smell like frankincense.
