As Advertised
We had the Xbox One Kinect device missing the adapter. Based on other reviews, I decided to give it a shot, given the price and availability. Works as advertised.

Not made by Microsoft, but who cares as long as it does the job sufficiently. For 30 bucks you just can't beat it. Unless you can find an original for that price.

RIP Kinect
I got this not too long ago and I was able to connect my Kinect to my PC with it and the results were less than stellar. Maybe this would work better for someone with more technical know how than myself but I kept getting glitchy, slowed down video capture and less than optimal video quality from it. Unfortunately, the Kinect is no longer a staple of Xbox functionality and is being used more for outside experimental projects and other homebrew mockups. This cable gives the Kinect a little more life and I'd recommend it for those of you who may want to squeeze a little more use out of this ill fated accessory.
