Surprisingly good quality.. it's heavy, which is good, looks just like the picture (nice old looking finish, but fresh and modern enough.. a good combination). The dimensions seem to be accurate (which was a concern of mine when buying since my table has a low connection). It might be a little shy of 13.5" tall.An oddity - if you put the insert in for the smaller umbrella, it covers the hole for the securing screw portion. HOWEVER, it is soft plastic and i quickly and easily cut a little groove for it, so it wasn't a problem. Screws are threaded tightly for the minimal assembly, but once you get it through to the other side it moves a little easier. All in all, it seems good. Will update in time if it isn't doing its job. For the cost, I'm very happy with what just got dropped off at my doorstep. Great value.

I just received this, and put it together. To save on shipping, they remove the post, so you have to install that to the base. I did that. It seems sturdy, and only hope that it holds up without rusting or anything. It says cast stone, but seems like a metallic finish. It holds the umbrella, looks good, was inexpensive, and appears to be sturdy.

Very large base and heavy too. Waiting for my umbrella so have not experienced it's hold in the wind. It does not match the bronze outdoor furniture I have but it is a nice quality.

I don't really care for tricks, but I kind of like this item, I kept it, because I bought it, perhaps it was never intended to stand alone, under the table but might be meant to be tied down. Or perhaps it is not the item.

The design (pattern, color) is fine, though it wasn't my first choice. However, for the price and the size / weight I wanted, this was perfect. It's just been sitting under my bistro table with an umbrella in it, so it's hard to comment on durability, but it seems solid and well-made. I anticipated it lasting a long time. No complaints.

I bought this base on June 5th 2021. usage it is OK. We noticed yesterday 09/28/2021 (only few months). The base is broken into two pieces from the middle. Earlier I taken down the umbrella. It was kept aside for last 1 and 1/2 month, yes in California sun.Such a poor quality.

Thought it would be a tad bit stronger, but very good for price.
