I bought 4 maps for myself and family and I LOVE this one and am so jealous I didn't get it for myself. I love that it has a separate state map but the world map still has state lines (mine doesn't). Easy to scratch off, vibrant colors, and the states are more fun because they have little icons in them (at least the big west coast states do). The first one we received was ripped and damaged inside the packaging tube, but going through Amazon I just requested an exchange so it wasn't that big a deal, still 5 star product for me.

The maps are beautiful! Scratch off is easy with the tools provided. We did have hard time finding a frame for the sizes of the maps but discovered at Hobby Lobby the put together frames with all sizes for the sides. The maps are now in custom frames, with a black foam board backing, no glass on the front so we can freely scratch off the countries or states we have visited. Excellent gift!

Comes with a guitar pick looking scratcher that works well with both maps. You have to be careful scratching though, because the country boundary lines on the colorful map don't necessarily line up with the lines on the gold top covering the map. After scratching off where we've been so far, I framed it and put it up on the wall with some travel photos. It does look great and it's a fun conversation piece.

I've purchased 2 of these now for gifts. One for fathers day for my dad who just got a camper to travel in. The other was a bday gift for my husband who is new to the Ham Radio hobby. Purchased for him to mark off states and countries hes communicated with. He loves it!! It looks nice on the wall and is huge.

The world and USA maps that I received looks great and educational. My kid like it and waiting for the school to get over next week to start on it. The accessories provided help the kids to scratch the map and get the knowledge of the countries they touch at the same time. I’m planning to make the kid to scratch one country at a time and learn about the country that has been scratched appropriately. Planning to virtually tour the countries with Google maps/earth and videos to help the kid learn about the countries which we may or may not travel in our lifetime.

This map is super cool! It came all rolled up in a tube with all the tools in a cute little velvet like bag. The map is excellent and has all the countries. The scratch off of it is super appealing to my 6 year old, and teaches her all about the world. She just got done studying holidays around the world, so this was perfect timing for her. In the sack you get a little magnifying glass, some stickers to mark things & a pick to scrape off the states. It’s definitely a unique gift for a kid!

We enjoyed scratching off the states and countries. It is a bit hard to scratch but if you scratch too hard the state name starts to peel. Other than that its great
