anybody who has lived in Hull will know all about Hull Chip Spice - if you were there in the 80s most likley through assosiation with Yankee Burger! (sadly no longer in the original place but I hear there is one in town center these days) This is the real deal, drown your chips in it when theyre cooked. This hot version (heavy on the paprika amongst other things) is great too.
