We love this tea! Having a cup is part of our nightly ritual and is a great sleep aid. Excellent flavor and healthy ingredients. None of the sleep “hangover” you get from other supplements. So glad that Amazon has this product. Hard to find consistent in stores.

Sadly, I can't find this flavor in my grocery store. It is my night time ritual to drink this before bedtime. Love it.

excellent and not bitter
The tea is pretty delicious and not bitter but I could not detect notes of Jasmine. However this is still a great tea for bedtime as it is decaf. I love the tea and would probably buy it . The price is still great especially with subscribe and save. three stars.

Amazing taste/aroma!
I have had trouble sleeping for years and first came across this product in a supermarket. I bought it to add to my nighttime routine. The taste is sooo amazing and the aroma is heavenly. My husband even commented on how good it smells. It definitely eases my mind and puts me to sleep. Unfortunately for me it doesn't keep me asleep but that's because my body sucks, no fault at all on the product!! I would definitely recommend this tea over and over again without a doubt!
