This is my favorite brand of astaxanthin thus far. I do believe it works! I have noticed a significant reduction in joint pain (when combined with a no-sugar diet) and this stuff works like a natural sunscreen! Me and my wife have been taking this product for over 1 year now. The benefits have been different for both of us. The benefits for my wife have been more significant than for me. First, it does help protect you from sun burns and sun damage. I have also noticed a significant improvement in body aches and specifically in my back. I exercise a lot and over the last year, my back pain has been reduced by about 80%. I still feel some shoulder pain, but in general there is a substantial improvement. The effects are not immediate, it takes about 30 to 60 days before you start to notice. I received the product on the 25th of November and i used it couple of days ago when i open the cap the seal was open and the pills was all stuck to each other that I couldn’t use any of it .

So far , so very good . Assuming this is not a placebo effect, I've noticed positive changes. I do work out a lot, for my age ( 59 ), and recently I was occasionally using a supplement powder, dissolved in water. i felt that this was good, but probably has side-effects ,and certainly would not compete in all the other areas that this product boasts. simply. I've noticed a dramatic benefit in my recovery rate,after exercise, both in the gym and pool. I've even noticed a change in my mood. I seem to feel generally more relaxed and positive. It's only been about two weeks since first trying BioAstin, but already I'm sure I will continue to use it.

Product arrived as described. Been taking this product for 4 weeks now, and started to notice improvements after just 2 days.
