i dont have hemmoroids but i use it for my peircings that are irritated/inflamed (even fresh and infected ones) and let me tell you this stuff works great for that. i put a little bit on at night and i can feel the immeadiate soothing and it has made the swelling go down by a lot.

TL;DR: It burns like crazy.I took a supplement and my worst constipation began about 2 months back. It caused painful tears and fissures. Oh boy!
