The picture shows the products are very good and sorted. But the packet contains so many unsorted substances also.

Useful for diabetic people with high sugar values .Pour two tablespoon in water at night and morning boil it with other ingredients such as methi, Cinnamon powder , curry leaves & ginger - all arnd 1 tablespoon . Boil it to half and drink it early mrng before tea coffee . Helps in UTI also . I give everyday to my mom .The quality of the product is good . This is my second purchase .

Powder is easy than whole
It is cumbersome to use this product. There is same product from the same company in powder form which is good . But quality of products from this company is generally reliable .

Bitter taste
The product I purchased in April 2025 was bad. The seeds wen boiled gave an extremely bitter taste.I have been buying the product for years. Only this batch of Chota Gokhru seeds was bad.
