Alef Bet Tracing and Practice: Learn to write the letters of the Hebrew alphabet Review: Great seller, good beginning writing workbook - The workbook arrived quickly and in brand new condition. The words in Hebrew are not transliterated, so you have to look it up online and match the words to the objects, but I don't mind that. It actually helps with the learning process. I look it up, write down the transliteration so I can learn to say the word as well as write it in Hebrew, and that seems to work for me. The letters are in modern Hebrew, which is helpful to someone who wants to travel to Israel or to make Aliyah. This way, when we land, we can read not only Torah, but the street signs. I would recommend this workbook to any child or adult who wants to learn and is a proactive student. Review: Worth every penny, simple and effective - Awesome, best book out for learning to write. Great for adults and kids. If you want to write properly this a great find. The seller is great, there are even instructions for taking out the pages and placing them in covers so they may be reused with dry erase. Very nice! Thank you!

Practical and cute!
The workbook is clear and concise. The cover has a picture of children of many races which I appreciate. And the author has a fabulous idea written inside where she suggests the workbook can be taken apart, pages put in plastic sleeves, and used as dry-erase worksheets. So it can be used over and over again. I love it!

Assumes you know the letters
I love this book and I'll be using it for a women's group; however, the book assumes the reader knows the letters and even though they are in order you need to know the Hebrew Aleph Bet so you know what letter you're learning to write. I had other resources to be able to write the names of the letters in the book. I would have given it a 5 star rating if the names of the letters were included (or a page with the letters and vowels)

Basic trace and write... but...
Easy enough to do but it's been difficult trying to figure out what the words are. I don't speak Hebrew. I know what a duck is but is the word "duck" or is it the Hebrew word for 'duck' , which I don't know.. Captions would be helpful.

Brilliant!
I love this book. The first page tells you to tear the book apart, put the pages in sheet protectors, and use dry erase markers to practice writing over the letters, and then you can erase it and practice more. Brilliant and cost effective!

This is ok
This is ok. It would’ve been nice to know how to pronounce the letters. I am a complete beginner so I had to look up the letters from YouTube videos. Maybe if that was next to the letter that would have been a little more helpful. I ended up not finishing the book and just wrote them down myself from the YouTube videos I found.
