The final mouthguard is perfect, really cold free, with your name that may save your teeth and that is why the price is worth paying. WARNING the putty that comes in the box goes hard very quickly after you knead the white and yellow elements together. You should have it all worked out and in the plastic mode in 20ish seconds --YES seconds-- when you get to 30 seconds it is hard and bouncy. The instructions are very clear but there is no second chance. I had to buy a replacement putty to try a second time. You have to send it to Opro (and pay for the post) but the mouthguard that comes back is just great.

This night guard is slim and fits snugly, so I can actually talk (without a lisp) while wearing it. I was nervous about fitting it because I saw other reviewers had problems, but it was actually really easy. After fitting it, I only had to dip one edge in the hot water to readjust. It does take a period of breaking in though, so don't give up! I've had a couple of custom night guards from my dentist, at $250 a pop, and those needed time to adjust to as well. For me, it took almost a month before I could keep this or the dentist guards in all night. They can make your teeth a little sore at first, like if you’ve ever had a retainer adjusted. But after the breaking in period, it feels great. I had no issue with rubbing on my cheeks or gums like I’ve had with other guards. I’m hopeful that it will last longer than six months, and after two and half months, it isn’t showing any wear yet.

I was a little leery of getting this dental guard mostly due to the price. But I am glad I went ahead and purchased it. I have tried many dental guards in the past after being told by a dentist that I grind my teeth so much the surfaces of my teeth were all ground down! The price for the custom guard by my dentist was far too expensive for me to even consider getting. I have tried the moldable kind of dental guard before and I truly hated it. It was so bulky and uncomfortable. But this guard is thin and comfortable and easy to mold.

This has been the best non-dentist made guard I've found so far. It stays in without having to hold it in with your tongue and is thin enough you can comfortably closed your mouth and talk with it in. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 is that it doesn't quite go back far enough to protect my back molars from my grinding. If you have a medium to small mouth or don't "favor" grinding your back molars this won't impact you. I highly recommend if a dentist made one is not in your budget.

I actually got this for my boyfriend who keeps me up at night with his loud snoring, after one night of using I can finally sleep! This product works wonders and also helps for teeth grinding, comes with a case to keep it in and very easy instructions to follow and use. Would recommend this product for those who have problems keeping their significant others up at night.

These custom gumshields are better than the cheaper boil and bite versions by some considerable distance. The whole process of taking the mould is really easy. Just need to factor the cost of posting the mould back to OPRO but still comes out cheaper than going to the dentist and the end product is just the same. Performance wise, the gum shield fits perfectly, easy to breath and talk, and most importantly doesn’t come out when you get flattened by a prop.

So far, it is my most satisfying anti snore product.I have tried several anti snoring products and nothing has helped. I have been wearing the mouth piece for three days now. I use an app to detect my snoring situation. My snoring has been decreased to only 10% of the night! The mouth piece is easy to mold. I used a thermometer to test the water. And just followed the directions exactly and it turned out perfect! It was a bit uncomfortable at first, but by day 3, I was good.

The anti snore mouthpiece stopped snoring at the source. I use soft plastic silicon to keep my chin in a prominent position,finnally stop snoring as my jaw pushed forward. And after I wore this mouth guard,I found myself breathing freely and easily, just as I was breathing deeply. It can be recast only with hot water, so I can constantly adjust it and find the perfect place. I don't know if this product is suitable for everyone, but it works great for me.
