zero support and useless as it is
I have not been able to download music on to it. It is probably user error, but I have also had no luck getting any help from the seller. Very disappointing.

Music and fm radio station
Just Got. I have no experience with the battery life because I just got. Please don’t buy this the music and the fm station has a huge huge amount of static. You can’t even here the fm station or your music. I wish I could return this. This is a bummer.

Good work playback time best with inked 2 ear buds
This device works very well with skull candy inked 2 ear buds a must combo. Thw user interface is crowded with hard to see items. Also the playback functions are very hard to navigate. Deleting songs is a problem too. Battery lasts 8plus hours

Horrible product
instructions are not clear, wasn’t looking to spend additional money on a memory card just to have my disabled son listen to his favorite 50 or so songs. Never have gotten it to do anything and service stinks when you try to clarify any of the instruction. Total waste of money.

This product is a joke
I thought a child's toy was mistakenly sent to us. Would not connect to computer and instructions on how to transfer music to device was worthless. While quite cheap, this device is still not worth the plastic and ?components from which it is made. Buy this only if you enjoy going through the return process.
