Actual product, the figurine is fine and in good condition matching the images.It also comes with a code to use in game to allow you to unlock the same figurine as a charm.It wouldn't have bothered me, but it was a gift to my brother who knew these came with the code and was faced with disappointment when the code was not valid.Good product if this in-game bonus doesn't bother you, caution if that's one of the selling points for you.

Received the figure which looks great however it did not contain the code like the others ive bought in the past. iam going to see if i can follow this up and msg the seller or even ubisoft.
