Sturdy, comfortable and very squeaky
They seem like hard wearing boots and they were already fairly broken in when they arrived, so I only had to wear them a couple of times to make them comfortable. They were ridiculously squeaky at first until I figured out the insoles were rubbing, so I put some talc under them and they're fine now.

I'll buy another pair
More wear on the soles than i expected but still a great pair of boots. I've been wearing mine for 5 months, very comfortable, I will buy another pair when I've worn these out.

Outstanding Boots
These are some of the best boots I've owned. The quality of design, manufacture1 and materials is what you would expect from zee Chermans. I have already ordered another pair. They are comfortable, waterproof and clean easily. I wear them every day to walk my dog 3 or 4 miles across rough, muddy countryside and they are the bee' knees. Highly recommended!

TOTAL RUBBISH.
TOTAL RUBBISH. I SUPPOSE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, BUT £25.00 IS NOT TO BE SNIFFED AT.I WOULD EXPECT TO AT LEAST GET A PAIR OF LACES, NOT ONLY ONE LACE, BUT I CAN BUY NEW LACES, NO WORRIES.BUT I WOULD REALLY EXPECT THE BOOTS TO MATCH....??THEY ARE TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BOOTS, DIFFERENT SOLES, DIFFERENT UPPERS, DIFFERENT INSOLES, DIFFERENT LACING SYSTEM. I LOOK RIDICULOUS WITH TWO DIFFERENT BOOTS ON. IS IT ME, OR IS IT TOO MUCH TO EXPECT TO GET A 'PAIR' OF BOOTS. NOT TWO SEPARATE BOOTS...???GERMAN BOOTS, WITH MADE IN ITALY ON THE SOLE, WELL ON ONE OF THEM ANYWAY, MAYBE I GOT ONE GERMAN & ONE ITALIAN BOOTS. THEY WERE ALLIES ON THE WAR, I SUPPOSE.PLEASE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS, DO NOT BUY THESE BOOTS, THEY ARE 'NO' GOOD.THEY ARE 'NOT' GERMAN' PARA BOOTS. I SPENT 26 YEARS IN THE MILITARY, & I CAN ASSURE YOU THESE ARE NOT GERMAN MADE BOOTS IN ANY WAY. SURELY THE TRADES DESCRIPTION ACT 1968, WOULD HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY ABOUT THIS. I WILL BE INVESTIGATING.

Excited Buyer
D'you wanna buy these, well, have a long think about it first, Grade One boots are supposed to be classed into very good, then grade 2 being acceptable and if you can work out what grade 3 would be then just these boots which you may or may not possibly but as such an example (Grade 3 boots lol) think about it........

Great pair of boots
Good price, and despite being second hand (the marking on the sole dates them as 2007 army property) they are in good shape, with only a couple minor scuffs. The ends of the laces were in tatters but a new set for each boot was included so no problem there.
