They work for a hobby application.
The questions asked for me are answers by guessing. Accuracy & sheerness. As using them for a hobby I think it was a good bang for the buck. I do like the amount of different sizes. If I was a very high end machine shop I would have a closer look before buying. As for a hobby application I like them.

Punches are alright, holder is not
Punches work very well, the rack/holder is another story. Made very cheaply. Whatever you do, DO NOT DROP! If you accidentally drop the punch set the punches will fall out and the holder will fall apart.

Greater accuracy for DIYers
Accuracy for duplicating/ alligning drill & drilled holes by locating exact centers. Now that I have them, cant imagine how I got along without them.

Best bang for buck
These are good for the money. I used to buy expensive transfer punches but doesnt matter what they cost the tips still break or dull overtime. These are non expensive transfer punches that break around the same time the expensive ones do. Its a very good deal for the money.

Good enough
Good for the price, but rack flimsy, bought 2 sets, both racks mangled in shipping...but soft sluminum, bend back with a thumb...for the cost, good enough

'for the occasional user.
Like: There is a large assortment of punch sizes, some of which I may never use but what I have already used has more than paid for the purchase price. I'm not having to bore holes oversize to get the bolts to line up. If I were working in an industrial setting and needed more durability, I'd probably buy a more expensive set. These work just fine for what I'm doing. Dislike: I don't know, I've just started using them so we'll just have to wait and see how long they will last.
