That's a question for Nature's Bakery. You'll find that traces of arsenic occur naturally in the environment and can be/are absorbed by plants used in making our foods. You can also find lead in your lipstick. Too much of a anything can be problematic. Learn moderation.

Q: is their salt in fig bars?

From what I can see on the nutritional info on the box, they use sea salt, but the sodium is under 50mg per bar and it's technically two bars per serving.

Q: Are these the same as grocery store versions? Some reviews alluded they were not?
