Great customer service. Great product
After ordering two cases and both being defective I contacted the company directly. Despite being overseas communication was quick, effective and they were able to resolve the issue with easy. Shipped two new cases out with fast delivery. The cases are beautiful and love the unique layout. The magnets are not to strong you feel like you force it open but not to week that you wonder if they are there. Perfect gift for anyone with or starting a watch collection.

3rd Time Lucky
So I received the box and it was damaged, I sent an email to customer services and they sent another, unfortunately the next was also damaged, I emailed again and another box was sent out, this time in perfect condition. It looks great and works as it should. Whilst I'm not too blown away with the fact that 2 boxes were damaged, I do love the product and the customer service from Case Elegance is brilliant. More than happy to help and definitely try to make things perfect for the customer.Even though I had initial troubles I would order from them again.
