Interesting German product
After feeling the need for sweets, I was lucky to find these at a very good price on Warehouse Deals and I tried them today, shortly after they arrived. My first thought on opening a pack of 12 was that they are smaller than is shown in the images, but in fact they are rich and one would not want too much of them. They make a change from the usual confectionary and I liked that they are different, there being no British equivalent. Unfortunately, I disliked the taste of the dark chocolate topping and do not feel it enhances the sweet, but I otherwise found them to be a satisfying treat. Although I doubt I could get hooked on these, I have lots of boxes to give away to family and friends and feel sure they will be greatly appreciated.
