Great for the price !!
I haven’t fully tested the cameras yet, but I bench tested it with a Hikvision NVR and I like what I see. And it is plug n play. I bought some more to finish the job. I plan on buying more in the future. Great product so far!Update! I still love the cameras, but it doesn't support VCA feature (Line crossing). They do support VMD (video motion detection.) VCA is a little more accurate but VMD is almost as good. The cameras are very durable and so far has tolerating the Arizona heat. They have surpassed the 110 degree mark. I would recommend them all day long.!!!

Budget Dahua Compatible Camera. Good Value but has Some Quirks.
This turret style camera is much lower cost than similar Dahua security cameras. That's because it is an unbranded OEM model that was intended for the Chinese market. So the low cost comes with some quirks/limitations.One issue is that the camera's firmware is an old version. Most notably it uses the obsolete Internet Explorer browser (and a plugin) to access it. In my case that was not a problem because it is installed on a Dahua NVR (Network Video Recorder). So I only use browser access to change camera settings.Another limitation is that it would be a very bad mistake to update it with the latest official Dahua firmware. If you do that the camera will revert to the Chinese language. BTW, my camera has firmware version 2.622.GP01.40.R, Build Date: 2018-09-13. This an old version that has been patched (hacked) for the English language. The turret base is plastic and the eyeball is metal. To install it the base must be removed by pressing a lock button. But the base is a very tight fit and is difficult to remove. So be prepared to go to battle to get the base off.But let's move on to the good stuff. This camera performs well. It has reasonable low light performance, but don't expect nighttime color. The SmartIR feature helps reduce blown-out white washed faces that are too close to the camera. The Video Motion function works well. But be aware that it doesn't have the SMD (smart motion detection) feature that is available on many Dahua cameras. It supports IVS functions; It has Tripwire and Intrusion Event features. Face detection too.Pros: Good "Dahua" compatible Camera for those on a tight budget.Cons: OEM Chinese Market Camera, Old Firmware, Uses IE browser.

Product support
Had an older Hikvision system that did not support the latest mode H.265. With an email to the support of the Panoeagle company who made the camera they were able send me the information that allowed me to change the H.265 to H.264 and now the camera works. They responded with in 8 hours of the inquiry.

Works fairly well but has a quick or two
I have the 5MP ColorVu camera. All the features work but there are two quirks, one rather annoying which is why I only gave it three stars. The first quirk is that the camera configuration has options for IR LEDs, but the camera has no actual IR LEDs... they are two normal white light LEDs. The second quirk is that for some reason I can no longer pull down high resolution snapshots. I can only retrieve low-resolution snapshots via the snapshot.cgi URL API. I've tried every additional variable specification known to man to no avail.Beyond that, the cameras do appear to work fairly well. I had previously purchased the 4K version of this camera and after 2.5 years only 1 out of 10 has failed, but the bandwidth at 4K was too high so I wound up never using more than 5MP resolution anyway. To replace the failed camera I purchased this 5MP version. For night operation, as with almost every camera I've ever used, there is significant blur in low light situations and I recommend adding an IR flood-light to the area to improve that. There is a trade-off between the 2D/3D NR settings, bandwidth, and the ability to capture faces. To capture faces reasonably well the NR settings have to be set very low or off, which greatly increases the network bandwidth. As long as these cameras are used with hardwired POE+ networks, everything is fine, though. Make sure the packet loss on the network is very low or zero because otherwise the cameras will drop frames whenever any motion pushes up the bandwidth.

Works great, good value
I use Axis cameras at work to let you know my baseline. I have this at home and am very pleased with the setup, performance, and picture quality. I have been using the camera for two months outside and have had no issues. If it’s anything like my other Duhua cameras, I won’t have any issues. Purchase with confidence if you are looking for a good value for the money.
