No.111 Peppermint (Cooling) Modeling Mask Powder for Professional Facial Treatment, 35 Oz. (2 pack)

I normally used regular facial mask but one of my friend mentioned modeling mask help for dry skin. It helps a lot for dry skin and good to tightening pores

I like this mask. But there were some issues.First, the fact that it comes in powder form and has to be mixed is a bit of a chore. But I'm not going to complain too much here since this appears to be intended for professionals and I'm sure is more expected for that situation.But I did take a star off because I could not find any scoop in the bag. It says to use around 2 scoops (50cc.) But after thoroughly searching I couldn't find a scoop. Now I need to find something to easily and quickly measure out roughly 50cc. For now I'm just guesstimating and tend to make up too much each time. Thankfully there's a LOT of product.I thought it would be hard to mix and get the right consistency. But actually it mixes well with water and as long as you don't over estimate the water it's easy to get a rubbery texture.I will give one warning. This mask can be a bit flaky around the edges when it's drying. So when you go to take it off be sure to be over a sink or tub.It has a nice coolness to it for relaxation. I haven't noticed any extra elasticity to my skin yet. But I've only just started using it and that would take time. But it does seem like a quality product.

I mixed this mask at a 4 to 3 ratio and it set up pretty well. It dries fast, so once it is mixed it needs to be applied quickly. It peeled off ok. It left a few little bits, but not too much. It seemed to reduce the appearance of large pores and was refreshing overall. I enjoyed the minty scent. I did not find it to be too intense.

So I'm used to mixing my own masks, I use a lot of dried clay. This is not clay... It's kind of rubbery. I kinda of love it. The aroma of peppermint is divine, and my skin feels great when I peel it off. Definitely use it on clean dry skin! Enough here for a year or more. I intend to re-jar much of it as gifts for friends!

The first time I used this powder mask, it felt very dry after use. Good for oily skin. Before use, you should adjust it with water.

It took some experimenting to figure out the right consistency but once I did I started using the masks nightly. It feels nice and removing it isn't too messy if you mix it right, it gave me a nice subtle fragrance too that wasn't over bearing

-You get 2 huge packs of peppermint mask powder-It is a bit of a hassle as you need to mix the powder to a 4:3 ratio with water in a bowl and use at least 2 scoops(50cc) of powder at a time-I use this mask at night on a clean face and remove it after 20 minutes-It does not say in the instructions whether to wash your face after using but I did just in case-My face feels smooth after using it
