I absolutely love this pet shampoo! It is amazing and smells great!!!
Update: April 22, 2015I got my ginger cat's allergy results in: Rice, Lamb, Milk, Egg, Pork, Corn, Beef, Tuna, Salmon, 5 different types of grasses, 6 different weeds, oak and mulberry trees, and several different types of mold.I had ran out of this and tried a different organic tea tree shampoo for my orange cat. It helped a bit but no where near as helpful as this product is for him. It is Spring time and my poor ginger kitty is turned back into the seriously itchy cat he was before. I am going to be buying this product for him again. Nothing works to help sooth his skin, excessive grooming, and scratching like Eqyss. I am going to make sure I keep this on hand and in stock at the house from now on. This product works great in conjunction with his allergy medicine, Fortiflora probiotics and prescription food. When his itching is really bad I give him a bath 2x a week, per recommendation of my veterinarian. My itchy dog LOVES this shampoo as well. It gives her days of relief. Thank you Eqyss for making such a wonderful product. =))Update: May 27, 2014I have now used this on one of my cats as well. A few months ago he started losing his hair. He has red patches where he just pulls it out or licks it out. The vet said he has allergies. I now have to take him back to get the allergy test done. This product gives him much needed instant relief when I bath him with it. It is the only thing I have found that does not hurt him and has helped his hair to start growing back as well. However, He HAS TO be bathed once a week in order for it to keep doing him good. The vet said I did good with using the EQyss products on my orange kitty.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I have 3 dogs and 7 Indoor cats. The dogs get a bath once a week. The cats as needed, unless someone has non-rusting chainmail for me to wear while bathing them? They are big dogs 50 lbs, 70 lbs, and 100 lbs. I still have half a bottle of this left after 2 months of use on the cats and dogs. The fragrance is not as overpowering as some of the other reviews suggested. It does not bother any of our family or the animals. We actually like the way they smell after their bath.It certain helps with their scratching and licking. One of the dogs has a skin condition and will sometimes lose patches of her hair from it. Their coats look much better after using this, it does not take much undiluted. I wait until they are completely dry though, before spraying them with Adams Plus Flea and Tick Spray. If I do not then, they do start itching like they had not even been bathed. Sometimes I will even hold off until the next day to flea spray them. However for one of my dogs this keeps her from scratching so badly that she ends up with bald spots on her. She is short haired black lab/border collie mix and at five years old she weighs about 80 lbs.I will be buying more of this product. And probably a back up to keep on hand. Thank you. This is the best shampoo I have found for our animals, especially the dogs. Our biggest dog has no ear problems after being bathed with this shampoo as opposed to other brands we have tried.

Miracle Working and Sanity Saver
I have a German Shepherd. Her history: 2 tablets daily Omega 3-6-9, grain and chicken-free Holistic Select puppy/adult food, regular brushing, inside dog, current on vaccines and flea prevention K9 Advantix. The reason I'm saying all this is because people neglect to mention or do the above for their dog and it's nice to know what else someone can do to help their best friend. However, despite all of the preventative measures and a shoulder shrug from our vet, my dog scratched constantly 2-3 times a minute each and every day. It was horrible and I did not know what to do. I tried these shampoos before without difference: Sulfodene Medicated, Derma-Pet Benzoyl, Perfect Coat Oatmeal Shampoo, Mane 'n Tail Shampoo/Conditioner, and this Coal Tar. NOTHING WORKED by the way. I decided to try this next and I recieved it today. I know it's early and I will give an update as time progresses, but... IT WORKED!!!This shampoo has a syrupy consistency and seemed to latch onto the skin and coat. It was interesting and never experienced that before with others. It smelled SO good; I was in heaven while washing my dog. I did not use a lot of water, so don't do it, only to get enough water to get a thick lather and then I kept rubbing her coat and did my best to get down, under the undercoat and to her skin. I paid a great deal of attention to rubbing and massaging her skin, continuing to lather. I let is sit for a little over 5 minutes I suppose and then rinshed her off. The shampoo still seemed to have this awesome nourishing feeling after I rinsed it and then I let her air dry in the sun. I am not joking you, but she hasn't scratched, bit, licked herself since then and I am SOOOO happy. I would have paid well over $50 for a small bottle of this. This has saved my sanity and my awesome dog. So thank you, thank you and I hope this helps everyone. Diet and nutrients are important, so maybe if you're not seeing a drastic change, Omegas are crucial for the coat and skin quality as well as eliminating most posibilities for allergies or diseases. So, like I said, I hope this helps.

Gentle on the Eyes!
My vet recommended this shampoo which I've been using for over 5 years now. It gives a great lather, smells good and more importantly it's gentle on the eyes. I have a long haired Chihuahua and her coat stays soft and fluffy for over a week after baths. Great product!

Good for Bath
I just got my 16-ounce bottle of EQyss Micro-Tek Medicated Pet Shampoo today, and, as luck would have it, my puppy played in the mud this afternoon when my husband took her out to do her business, so I've already had the opportunity to use it. I chose this product because my puppy is a Golden Retriever, and the breed is highly prone to sensitive skin and skin allergies. My puppy has been itching some this last week (with no sign of fleas and no man-made environmental or dietary change). Having already read many positive reviews of the product on a Golden Retriever online forum, I decided it was time to give it a try. The bath went very well. The shampoo did not seem to irritate her skin at all or be overly harsh. It has a nice, though slightly too strong scent when in use that my husband described as "the inside of a flower shop." The lingering smell on the dog isn't as strong. She has scratched a handful of times in the hour since her bath, but it does seem less often and less intense than before. Hopefully, I will remember to update in a week or two when I know if it has really helped the itchiness for her or not.
