I really love these gel vitamin and mineral packets. I tried the 7 day supply first before I got the 30 day supply and I knew I had to get the full month's supply. One, it's so easy to take, I just pop open the gel and put it in my mouth right out of the packet. It has a good taste and flavor although you can still taste some of the vitamins mixed in but it's not bad to me at all. It is so much easier than taking a bunch of pills and other liquids! I have went down from taking about 7 different pills and liquids to just this one (along with extra iron as this is the only mineral missing in this multi)Two, now let me tell you the best benefits that I have experienced for me. This vitamin and mineral gel has made a huge difference for me mentally. Everytime I take it early in the morning, the rest of the day I feel energetic and as someone who suffers from social anxiety and brain fog, everytime I take this I feel more social and talkative and like I can think clearly. I know this isn't targeted for that, but I believe the combination of the vitamins and minerals and antioxidants has a big brain boosting and nerve effect (at least on me). Third, this vitamin packet has all the vitamins and minerals you need that alot alot of other multi vitamins do not have. Plus, all of the vitamins and minerals are in correct form/best bioavailable form and not just made out of cheap junk. Overall this product is fantastic and is now a staple in my life and diet. One thing I do wish is the price was lower as it is rather really expensive for a multi vitamin.

Preliminary review: fast shipping, the box was in good shape, decent price for product, about $2.00 each. Will update as I start it tomorrow (3-5-25)3/18/25 update: I have ordered the 30 count, they taste good, they seem to work as I do feel better since starting them. I’m happy with my purchase.

Easy to take liquid vitamin & easily absorbed. Tastes great too. So many vita in all in one.

Pros- definitely fruity and tolerable if taken alone (almost like concentrated fruit juice). Cannot really taste it in a good smoothie. Felt it immediately- more energy (probably B vitamins) and a tad more stamina.Cons - somewhat of a medicinal after taste if taken alone and 30 day supply is bulky (box open for easy access but they also fall out if you’re not careful).Overall - after two weeks it is going well. If I skip a day, I can tell around 5PM ish. This is a great boost for energy (at least that’s what I noticed) and I hope to realize additional benefits as time goes by. I have CHF and diabetes so I am grateful I found something like this. Very pleased!

This is the most effective daily vitamin formula that I have found. I questioned the value for the price a few years ago and stopped taking it and I saw a difference immediately. I resumed taking it and I have not been sick since. I work in retail and with the exposure to so many germs, effectiveness is very important to me.

Excellent Taste, Great Quality and Packaging. I’ve been using the multivitamins for a couple of years now, I feel great, and feel like I’m getting the right amount for my Body and Mind.

We like this product and been using for a few years now. Also easy for travel, packaging compact.

The company must have changed not only the packaging, but the product as well. It now tastes very different and gives me an upset stomach when I take them. Cancelled!
