Had this 2 weeks. Picture quality is excellent. Literally plug and play not complicated to use at all.Really happy with this purchase after a lot of research and review reads.

This product promised so much but hasn’t delivered at all.Wifi - this took ages to set up and connect abs when it does the delays between actions takes a while (please bear in mind every other product in my household works great)The App - this switches it’s self off continuously especially at night when you need it the most. I have tired customer service they haven’t come back with any helpful suggestions.This product worked fir the first three hours then has been a nightmare ever sinceI bought this based on all the good reviews I’ll be sending this product back at the tomorrow.It’s a waste of money do not buy it. My message to Kodak is get the app fixed as the whole point is to be able to hear your children at night!

Great product, easy to setup and use. I love the mobile app as well, you can talk two way, take pictures, record video, play baby tunes.

The product has good features such as great picture quality, talk back feature (though this used to freak my toddler out when he was a baby) and great to connect to Wi-Fi but we had to keep replacing the monitors as they kept breaking. You need to use the Ariel to get good signal but these are so flimsy that they snap so easily. Also the battery died on one model after only 6 months of use. Not great when you have a baby/Todd running around. After replacing the monitor 3 times we finally decided to buy a different model. If purchase, would highly recommend an extended warranty covering accidental damage

Baby monitor arrived today, during set up it said my router signal wasn't strong enough. Moved to the room where the router was to set up and still said camera offline. The support team were helpful but I imagine most people have their routers downstairs & children bedrooms upstairs so will have this issue. Returning once I get my return label sent to me. I'd also purchased the C525 from their website and will be returning that too.

Good quality well priced product

After reading the reviews about this and people saying it is dropping out etc. i just thought it would be there poor wifi. So i decided to make sure this would not be my issue by putting in a mesh wifi system so that i would have great coverage though out my house.However when putting in these camera's i was still got the same issues as a lot of people were the image and sound would be delayed, jerky and just our right poor. even using its own connection and being in the room below our baby's bedroom was poor. I even prioritized the devices on the network to make sure that they where not effected by any other devices on the network and still had the same issue.Via the App on the phone this was slightly better but even then the control of the camera by the app was very poor, you would be swiping left and the camera would move right and when it did move left it would go way to far so i found it easier to mov the camera physically if you need to adjust it a little bit.

Really surprised by the bad reviews, nightmode works perfectly for me, makes me wonder if people have switched it to ON or at least auto. Same thing for noise.I do understand the bad review because of the switch on/off button if it is fixed somewhere.Reson I have bought this monitor:- works with a screen and app- you can tilt the camera easily- works on radio and/or wifiI think the only thing I wish would have been better is the range but have not found another one with a better range (have compared in real condition vs the BT one which was similar).
