Where do you get such a small conure? Or are the bowls that big?!

I have a Quaker parrot and these are a good size. (A little tiny bit smaller than the bowls that come with his cage.)

I would like to know from the seller or manufacturer if the holder and clamp are also stainless steel or only the bowl?

I dont think its stainless steel because when a little bit of water is left it will rust and I have to scrub it before every use
