King Kooker XLG039 34-Ounce Cajun Seasoning

We first discovered King Kooker Cajun Seasoning back when deep friers were becoming popular. Since then, I've extended its use to many other products. It has a nice Cajun spicy flavor and just enough heat for a great taste. I go through one of these 34-ounce bottles monthly! Highly recommended!

This is probably my 8th or 9th container of KK Cajun Seasoning. It is the best on the market. I do wish for same prodeuct with less salt which would not only be healther, but lend itself to more recipes.

I first tried this when it came included on my first outdoor turkey fryer (brand name King Cooker).Since then,, I've bought several cookers (as gifts or in vacation homes) of other brands but have always ordered this seasoning.I'm very happy to find it in this larger size.So when I just bought my first INDOOR cooker (sorry Amazon, Home Depot had the fryer for $100 less)I immediately ordered this and some injectors. I use the injectors for an internal marinade (butter based) but I rub the skin of the turkey with this cajun dry rub... YUMMY !!!!

As a competition BBQ team we have used this seasoning for years on fish. Although we have our own competition rubs for chicken, pork and beef we use this for fish. BBQ contests rarely have fish as a protein but the night before each contest we cook for our team and friends and when we do fish we use this. Plus we have used this for friends and family here at the house to great raves. Bought originally at Pro Bass but Amazon's pricing is basically the same price for 4 times as much

If used heavily like I like to do it is salty,CO. could back off the salt in their recipe.

I use this stuff on everything! I've used 100's of seasonings and always come back to this!
