Crap!!! broken inside, all plastic dont waist your money or time

This is the first baitcaster that I have ever owned. And I wasn't sure that it would be a perfect fit for me and my fishing stuff. I am so glad to report that I was absolutely wrong. I have this very specific reel connected to a trout boy rod holding 30 lb braided line. it is so smooth to use and retrieve that I fell in love after the first use.

I bought this Reel With no expectations and now that I have used it for an entire season I can honestly say I am more impressed with its performance than any other. I am a salt water angler off the Texas coast and this reel has been put to the test with several other competitors from the usual three on amazon up to a couple $200+ reels and this is what I have found: compared to the advanced drag and mag systems it has about 85-90 % casting distance (less than 1/2 ounce total weight ) other than that factor it has outlasted the big brands and has handled the bigger fish with the same action of the big brand names. great drag system, very durable bearings, and excellent spool tracking! mix all those things with a year of salt water and I could not have been happier with my 34 dollar purchase, its been almost a year and the reel sits on a $259 rod as my first string QB!

Bought it for under $20 on Amazon deal of the day. Really more as a joke. Put it on a rod and took it to a buddy’s house to try it out. He’s a total label whore. Spooled with 20lb braid, had him cast it. Didn’t tell him the price, he played with it for a while and said it was his favorite reel that i owned. I have revos kastling speed demon pro.... Then i told him what i paid for it. After months of fishing. Catching largemouths smallmouth and stripers with it. I feel like an idiot paying 10 times the price for reels that really aren’t smoother, backlash more and definitely are worth their price vs this one. Some deals of the day are winners, some are losers. This is definitely a WIN!!! Buy it!!!

Beautiful reel ! A little hard to adjust but worth the effort !! Thumb release is a little tentative so don’t oil it !!! Speaking of oil .......do so as soon as you get it and grease the worm-gear too! Adjust the magnetic round device. And start out with about 7 on the opp side. Use a good line, no more than 17lb test......Oil those 2 sets of bearings and start out with short casts working up to 25-35 yds.Remember, break your reel in.....use those practice plugsAnd most of all......have fun !!!See you on the Lake 😅🚣‍♀️

Ordered this reel to try with Tournament Bass Fishing. At a glance, reel looks nice. Spooled with 15# and casts good. Had to work with the setting to get it dialed in for longer cast. Once I set the hook on the fish, it feels hard to real and kind of hands with every revolution of the reel handle...not sure if its in the drag system or what. I gave it 1 star because I would not be able to depend on this reel.

Omg, the smoothest, super fast retrieve and did I say awesome for the price. It matches my reels, that cost way more. This is my go to for long cast and top water lures. love the fast I was able to set the hook and hold a 6lbs wiper and yes we had him for dinner.. I won.

I bought this reel for bass fishing instead of buying an academy reel that was much pricier. I liked the gold on carbon look and hoped it looked as good in person. The documents are all in Chinese but the reel is great quality and functions well, I equipped mine with 30lb test braided line and have fished twice with it and it did very well for the cost

The reel came with good instructions on how to learn the baitcaster reel. I haven't used it yet to give much input on quality but it seems to be well made and looks great.

Great reel for the money. Nice and smooth. Not sure how long it will last since it cost less than $40, but I hope to get a few years service out of it. Gave 4 stars because side plate is a little difficult to remove.

Was a little nervous buying an off brand reel. But I love it. It casts and retrieves smoothly. No issues. I like it better than my Abu Garcia Black Max.
