The media could not be loaded. The price for this turner is fantastic. Very quiet. Never gets hot or overheats and I use it very frequently. The pvc/plastic that is used to hold the tumblers work fine. It's all about the inserts you use. I own many many tumbler turners and this is my go to for winter time_ for using in the house. Not too big_ where it takes up tons of room and not too small. You have switches that turn off each side. Two separate switches. So if you are limited on space or want to make it smaller because you have a special project you're working on_ simply take off the pvc / plastic tumbler holders on one side and just use one side. Very simple. Great turner!

PLEASE BRING THIS TURNER BACK TO AMAZON!!I have this exact turner with 4 arms, and I also have a 2 arm model. BOTH are SO GOOD!! Please bring this model Back! So I can purchase some more quality, quiet, level turners that never run Hot!!Thank you in advance.

This thing is wonderful thus far.My one and only complaint is that it says it has 2 speed options, which I was excited about because I actually prefer a faster turner, however one side is the faster speed, the other side is the slower speed and you can't adjust it. It doesn't hinder the use at all, it's more of just an annoyance because the description leads you to believe the speeds are adjustable and they aren't.That being said, it was easy to put together, doesn't take up a bunch of space so that is a huge benefit.Just be sure to constantly check the screws on the arms, they have a tendency to loosen with the constant spinning.I highly recommend this product if you do tumblers and don't want the machine to take up a bunch of spaceOwlKatDesigns approved because it's making it possible for me to do multiple tumblers at once.

This just arrived today and I couldn’t wait to open it. This wasn’t in stock when I ordered my 1st cup turner so I had to go with a cheaper (price and quality) one. The one I ordered didn’t work out very well as my cups kept falling off. So when I saw this was back in stock I hurried up and placed my order. Assembly was easy and it already looks and feels of better quality than my last one. The only disappointment is that one of the pieces that holds the arm on was loose right out of the box. As you can tell by the picture the top one slides in and out freely while the bottom one and the two on the other side fit snugly and don’t slide out. I don’t think it will affect functionality but it’s just a little upsetting when you purchase something new and it’s already flawed out of the box. Also just a heads up this doesn’t come with the foam to hold the cups on. Not a huge deal but my other one did so I just assumed that this one would as well. But that’s on me just want to let others know. Overall I’m excited to use this. I like that it has two speeds and you can change directions

My Turner arrived on Monday and due to shipping, was slightly damaged. An easy fix but I needed 1 small piece to have it back to perfect. I messaged the seller (late at night I'll add) and immediately got a response. Very concerned, they addressed the issue and here it is Wednesday, I got my piece and all my arms are back to working order. I have cups on it now and it's easy to level and basically silent. I dont know why there are people saying it's not US sizes so you cant make extras.... the picture I took shows its 1/2 in. Lots of people in my tumbler group have this and have made tons of extra arms and additions. Perhaps others dont know their way around a hardware store but it's a great, simple, easy to use, compact, quiet product that comes with even better customer service!

2 arms will not level I had to bend the supports so that they would level and not burn up my motors or cause my epoxy to float to the top of my cups.The receivers and arms are NOT Interchangeable with the single turner (I bought first to see if I could trust the qaulity). And it seems spare arms are not available to purchase. So I now own a 4x Turner with only 4 arms (Red PVC,rectangular fitting/motor connection) and a 1x Turner with 9 arms (blue PVC, square fitting/motor connection). The PVC pipes are even off by just a couple millimeters #frustrating. If the arms or fittings matched up or were Interchangeable I could get a lot more work done, by swapping out the fittings and having the option to use blue and red arms on the 4x turner.

This Tumbler Turner is perfect if you want to do more than one cup at a time, which I constantly do. You have two speeds to choose from, one on each side. One side is a slow speed, the other is a little bit faster. You can run one side (2 cups) at a time or both sides (4 cups) all at once, or just one on it's on but when you turn either side on, both rods on that particular side will be turning, if you get my meaning. You can just do 1 cup or 1 on each side or just 3 , whatever, it stays perfectly balanced whether you do 1 or 2 or 3 or 4. Great tumbler. 5 stars *****
