so, I fit the straps to be short over the shoulder for runs, picture an over the shirt sports bra fit. kinda like that, because a rib fit is better than trying to wrestle a floating high waist to low hip height while running. sturdy material, easy adjust, bright.only complaint is how thick the strap are...wearing a tank this morning (summer, 70*,, 6:30 am is still pre-dawn light) im in a tank for running unless there is a frost so I had to throw it into my winter bin- when my neck will be protected from strap chafe. so, yes, it does all the safety things, but I wouldn't send this to a fitness friend; id send it to an event volunteer FOR my races. The neck chafe risk isn't worth it!

My husband loves them He rides his bike in an area thats unlit at night. Everyone thats commented to us that has seen him at that time (on his way to and from the lil country convenient store), has said they can see him very well while wearing these therefore I don't worry anymore about him getting hit by a car when he's biking at night! So I use this at work to be hi vis for osha regs. It is nice because it is lightweight and easy to work with it on. It is great when I start the day with multiple layers of clothing, I can simply clip on one of these per layer and as it warms up I can just peel off a layer but have a hi vis on the next layer.

Great vest, the normal vest increase body heat during the Texas summer, this helps remove a layer of clothing

I’m a average size person, these are to small, the straps don’t adjust down far enough, so any movement they’re up around your stomach and not your waist which makes them uncomfortable…

HAD TO RATE 1 BECAUSE I ONLY RECEIVED 3 OF THE 5 VESTS. WOULD LIKE THE OTHER TWO OR DIRECTION ON WHAT I NEED TO DO TO GET THE OTHER TWO. I NEED THEM FOR TOMORROW SO I WILL NEED TO USE THE 3 I HAVE AND LOOK TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL 2 ELSEWHERE. THESE ARE EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED, JUST DIDNT GET THE QUANTITY ADVERTISED.

They do what they are designed for. My only complaint is the plastic clip is bulky and cheap. I use them for work over my jacket
