My 6 yr old sheltie unfortunately has elbow dysplasia in both elbows, left worse than right. Took him off Galliprant after 1 year and tried Canine Matrix highly recommended by my sister. I'm a "doubting Thomas" by nature and was impressed how the product seemed to lessen his limp and smooth out his gait, especially on the left side, after 1 bag (100gr) CM only but 1 tsp a.m. & 1 tsp p.m. He fell 7 weeks ago severely bruising his bad elbow. Due to the pain, the vet advised I put him back on Galliprant & Cosequin DS until he returns to "his norm". That also included no walks for 3 weeks then gradually add a quarter mile/day for another 3 weeks. He has continued taking CM throughout this ordeal. I'm ordering my 2nd 200gr container today. I feel it will take him 6-9 months before he returns to doing 2.5 miles and hopefully be taken off the galliprant :)

I can’t believe there aren’t more reviews on this product because it’s pretty awesome. I can tell the difference in my dogs when I give them this supplement. The powder for seniors is also great!! Highly recommend!

At 6 months old, my American Bulldog was chucked hip-first into a very large tree when my 120 pound Saint Bernard ran directly into her at full speed. She hit so hard that I thought her leg was broken; she wouldn't put any weight on the leg and was in a lot of pain. X-rays showed small fractures in her hip and damage to her knee. This supplement really helped with the pain and inflammation, but even after healing she had a very obvious limp and would sometimes be unable to get up on furniture, even two years later. Whenever I'd forget to give it to her or didn't reorder in time and ran out, her limp would get much more pronounced and she would need to be helped up the stairs/onto the couch or bed/into the car. She was obviously uncomfortable. Walks or hikes were out of the question and she needed to be prevented from sprinting or running, which if you've ever known an American Bulldog, you know is virtually impossible unless you make them live life on a leash. I added Wholostic Pet Organics RunFree GLM alongside this and with this magic combo, her limp is GONE. She can run, hike, go for long walks, and PLAY like a normal dog again. I make sure to never run out of either of these two supplements and to never ever miss a dose, because she's finally pain free and able to live a normal, active life! We will never be without these two supplements again.

I was unsure about using this product for joint care and I actually ordered it by accident as I was intending to order another product from this line. I am working with a 10 year old Rottweiler that is recovering from a spinal injury. I also have 2 other 10 year old Rottweilers that I give joint care products to. The dog with the spinal injury has shown so much improvement and is actually walking on his own after using this product for a short time. I have been working with him for 4 months and he has had continued improvement but this made a big difference. The other dogs just have joint discomfort - no injury and we have used many other products over the past few years. This product has been a great addition for us. At the price I would urge someone wondering about this product to give it a try.

I started giving my 15-year-old dog this supplement with his dinner and he is moving around so much easier! I tried giving him other supplements to help ease his joint pain and nothing seemed to help him that much until I found this product. He's able to get around easier and has a lot more energy, he's bouncing around like a young guy again. I highly recommend giving it a try if you have a dog with joint issues.

My dog is allergic to the shellfish sources that is in most joint support for dogs, causing severe itching and poor relief. This powder is mushroom sourced w/ no shellfish, and it works great.. I have an elderly Lhasa Apso, and it's great for her back and hips..

OMG - I am a totally unbiased consumer - and I have to say this stuff is like a miracle worker! I have a Rottweiler mix. She's only 2yrs and her hip joints have been so bad - she could barely get around. She has been like this for almost a year - as long as I've had her. I just happened to find out about this supplement at a trade show recently. The sales guy told me it is made from an enzyme derived from the wall of a certain mushroom or something like that. Anyway - he said it works almost like the human growth hormone concept - where it tells the body to heal it self. I decided I had nothing to lose by trying it - so I went home and immediately ordered it off amazon. I shake about a 1/4 teaspoon into her food every morning and evening. She's been on it 2 months and she is like a normal dog! I cannot believe the change! She plays, she runs, she jumps and spins! It is amazing to behold. I can't say enough good things about this item - and I'm telling everyone that I know has dogs about too.
