Would it work with dnx572bh?

I'm not sure it didn't work at all for me I was just stuck with it because I was outside of the return dates

it will not as its not an GPS receiver

does this work with Kenwood dnx 5190?

I'm not 100% sure, but taking a quick look at the back of this head unit, I will say that the plug hole is exactly the same as the one on my unit that used this GPS antenna. Kenwood is pretty good at making their parts universal. So I'd say it would fit. To be absolutely sure, I'd call Crutchfield (1-800-319-8943). They are the #1 radio experts and will answer this question for free. They'd have this part too, but Amazon would most likely be cheaper. Hope this helps,Stu
