Mesh Arm Shoulder Sling Great Shower Bath Sling Used after rotator cuff Shoulder Surgery Arm Brace Support for Men and Women,Black

I was so thankful I had this shower sling.I had rotator cuff surgery and had to wear a sling with the abductor. Not only did I use it the first two weeks after surgery in the shower but also when I got rid of the pillow the doctor said I had to wear a sling during the day and said I did not have to wear the one that came with the abductor pillow so I traded it for this one. it was so much cooler to wear because of the mesh.

Needed this mesh sling to allow my father to shower yet keep his badly broken arm stabilized. Sling was easy to put on, remove, and shower with. It dried quickly and easily, being ready quickly for the next need. This made a good difference in his ability to feel clean, safe and more independent while recovering. Was money well spent. Though hoping to not need again, quality is such that we could easily use it again even though used for more than 2 months.

The velcro doesn't hold up in the shower. If I had known that I wouldn't have purchased it. I had searched for a shower sling following shoulder surgery.

I really like this shower sling. It has Velcro to adjust to the position you need it in. There is a very soft cushion that protects the top of your shoulder/neck area from the nylon strap from digging in. The mesh allows water to run through and exit out the bottom so there is not build up of water. The thumb straps help keep your arm in the sling so it doesn’t accidentally slip out if you bend over. After the shower I rinse it off and then hang it up in the shower ready for next time. It dries pretty quickly. I would recommend this sling. I am 5’6 and have broad shoulders and the sling fit well. I would think this would fit a tall person with broad as well.

Why would anyone buy this item without any velcro to adjust to straps. e are buying different item with velcro adjustments for about $2 more.

Quality is as good as I expected... I’m 6’ tall 220 pounds and this this is too short.. if your my size do not buy it. Used it for 2 hours and it kept me in pain the whole time... went back to using the one I received in the hospital.

I ordered this after rotator cuff surgery because I was tired of my splint getting wet. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it is a little short, but it serves its purpose. It restrains my arm and the mesh makes it easy to wash and rinse my arm. If this came in different sizes I would have definitely given it 5 stars.

So this sling is an adult Large. It doesn’t state that anywhere in the title. Only is the small print half way down the description. My sun is 18 and this won’t hold his arm even at a 90 degree angle. If it were more adjustable it would work great, but we will have to see in more Velcro to make it comfortable. So annoying!
