First duplicate then get quality one on return
First dwlivery was a defective product and the multipurpose tool was missing. The guard was thin and bent. When i asked for replacement got a very good thick quality one and the creditcard multipurposw tool also was good. 5 star for the replacement. 1 star.reduced for the initial bad product. Why not maintain quality the first time?
