Very happy, wanted mostly for detailing & maintenance of my car. It not only does what I need, it's also great for windows and cleaning around the bath. Customer service and support was also very professional when I came back to them with a problem, it was sorted immediately which I appreciate. Highly recommended.

I bought this for a general purpose steam cleaner. I'm very dissapointed. The capacity is so small, I doubt that you could steam a postage stamp of a letter

Great little steam cleaner, have used it 6 times to great cleaning effect but unfortunately the nozzle to attach all other clean attachments broke so now can’t be used.

I needed this to clean in the house when items got stained by pets. It is quick and easy to useno setting up necessary just fill and use.

It's a nice enough build quality and a good selection of attachments. It's about the size of a kettle so easy to transport around. However,I found the steam it generated just not powerful enough for my needs. It did not remove any soap residue from shower door; very little oomph on the cooker. It was ok cleaning tiled walls.TIP: people have complained about not being able to remove the valve. It is a safety valve and will only open when all steam has been generated.

A sturdy efficient little machine the only drawback is the water runs out quite quickly but is very easy to refill. Good value

Sent this back by return post as while looked really good , steam jet lukewarm. Would not heat up. I Would not recommend this product.

Great little gadget gets into all the hard to reach places and very easy to use and light to hold.The accessories provided allow for removal of streaks, stains and encrusted dirt from many of surfaces: windows, mirrors, tiles. I would recommend this steam cleaner and already plan to use it on my bathroom!
