Hayes 81783-HBC Quik Connect Dual Mated Ford 2010-1994 Wiring Harness

If you want to install your Hayes trailer brake controller quickly, and without any splicing, dicing or slicing, this is a must have item. With any mechanical skill at all, installation literally takes less than 15 minutes from identifying a mounting location for the controller, connecting the quik connect, and setting up the controller. If you use your controller in multiple vehicles or want to be able to remove it when you sell or turn in the vehicle, without any evidence of having installed a brake controller, this is the way to go!

Plug and play on my '02 F350 SuperDuty. Took less than 5 minutes to plug this in, attach the controller, AND test the trailer connection voltages. A few more to mount the bracket and controller.Highly recommended as this is a much better way to do things than cutting into the wires of computer controlled vehicles.

Great overall product hooked up no problems to our 2004 eddie bauer ford expedition. We bought the Hayes 81741B Energize III propational brake control box with this and they worked together great!! So in wrap it all up I would recommend these two products they are easy to install and work like they should without having to do any extra work in the install process! Only took about 15-20 to install both items into truch and we were ready to haul!

Fits just right with enough wire to give me mounting options without having a lot extra to try to hide. Plugged right in to my stock wiring harness.

This will not work on my 1999 class A motorhome as it is not set up with the tow package from the factory on the Ford F-53 chassis. However the connector will plug into my controller and the other end will be modified for my situation.

This quick-connect harness made installing the Hayes brake controller very easy. It's length was more than long enough to allow installation of the brake controller close to the end of the dash, where it is out of the way.

wiring harness fit perfectly and was plenty long to position my electric brake module just above the transmission hump so-as not to bump feet, but be in reach of driver's right hand.
