All things considered the charging mount is quite good, the phone is held in place, the automatic phone clamps very responsive. My issue is with the holder on staying attached to the vent. I've had my phone thrown across my car over 4 times. Have had to process a return. If this issue is fixed would definitely buy again.

Worked fine for a week. Except there is no such thing as gravity sensor, there is only touch sensor which opens then closes arms. After a week it stopped charging my phone. Lights are on arms are working fine but it doesn't charge my phone so basically useless

Awful product, my phone's decreases in battery life whilst connected to the dock. It constantly drops off connection and reconnects. When it does connect there is no power in there it just drops battery. Received an email the second I clicked buy advising me that if it doesn't work they will sort it which didn't fill me with confidence in the first place as they were expecting it to fail. Since then they have bombarded with emails and asking for proof of the issue via recording which I can't do as my phone would be in the dock! Would recommend

Product looks good and charges phone ok however when installed in my car on the vents the clamp fell apart and whole thing fell off on to the floor dont recommend for iPhone xr

1.Nice product although the clamp is not strong enough to hold an iPhone X on the grille in my Golf so I added a drop of superglue. Now works fine2. I use Waze whenever driving and the charge is not enough to keep the battery charged up but better than nothing3. Need to remember to release phone before turning ignition off....

In the first few days, the charger would not consistently charge my phone. The electric arms to hold the phone would randomly open and my phone would fall out.Within a week it stopped charging my phone completely, and would arms arms would not extent when they were suppose too.Update: my phone keeps falling out as the automatic arms are randomly releasing my phone. This is happening while I’m driving, suddenly my phone falls and hits the gear stick.

The media could not be loaded.  Good design and it works well with my iPhone XS max. It is easy to install and you can adjust the angle easily (as seen in the video). The most important is the wireless car charger charge my phone perfectly. I used to have my phone charging with a wire hanging around when I am driving (I hate that!).When I place the phone on the holder, the arms will open and grab it automatically. Simply put my hand behind the holder and it will release my phone quickly. All can be done with one hand without any trouble.Love it and highly recommend.
