I strongly advise users of this product to be very careful when using it for wireless charging. I bought this in July, to charge my Samsung Note 10, which I took delivery of three days ago. I have used it to charge my old phone using the charging leads, and there was no problem.I used it today for the first time for wireless charging on my new phone. After leaving the phone on the device for one hour, I looked at the phone to see how it was doing. There was an on- screen warning that the phone was dangerously hot, and that it had been disabled until it cools down. Both the phone and the charging unit were almost too hot to handle. I separated them and they each took around 30 minutes to cool down. I am now hoping it didn't damage my new phone.I can't find contact details for the vendor. I hope they will contact me about this.

Nice battery and easy to use (all the cables you need are included), easy to charge since it support different in-cables so you don’t have to worry about not having the correct cable.Only downside is that it does look a bit fragile, so be careful with it.

Good product. The display is a little faint but does the job. The built in charging cables are actually handy. This will not support you on a multi trip in the desert but handy topup power bank to have in your bag or pocket.

build quality seems to be pretty poor. The charging port to charge & recharge the power bank broke out when I unplugged the mini USB charger, leaving a gaping hole on the side of the battery and the mini USB 'dock' still attached to the charging cable. when slotted loosely back in the internal connection is clearly broken as the power bank does not charge.
