Very pleasant taste. Not mushroom flavored at all.
I've had other mushroom products that tasted horrible. I like mushrooms as a rule but not usually in a liquid form in alcohol. Yuk. This has no alcohol and almost tastes chocolatey. It's very quite pleasant flavor.As far as effectiveness... I don't know what I'm supposed to feel with this supplement. I need to just trust that this multi mushroom tincture is doing my body good. I hope to be able to buy this again if the price doesnt skyrocket like everything else.
