Guerrilla Painter Mighty Mite Brush Washer,for 9x12" Painter Box

The one star is for Amazon and the seller because there was no packaging or shrink wrap at all and the warehouse label was stuck over the top of the brand-name label on the lid such that when you remove it it will tear off the brand name sticker. I can’t tell if it’s forgery or not. I’m returning it. I don’t pay the full price just something that isn’t even gift of all due to lack of packaging and what looks like inauthenticity.I will just have to be patient and wait longer and buy it from an actual art store online or in person. The product itself might get four stars because the one I received has a metallic lined piece of cardboard in the wind and I have no idea how that’s going to hold up with liquids when it’s turned on its side. I’ve been very happy with the Guerrilla paint brand metal pot genuine and from an online art supply retailer. It has a rubber ring around the interior it’s lid. It may be that these have already been returned once as you can see there’s more than one sticker on top of the lid. It will be easy to counterfeit the brand sticker that’s directly on the plastic lid and then slap a warehouse sticker on top of it to cover it up.

Love this thing. I like using gamsol to clean my brushes in between changing colors, but hate using those big coil glass tubs as I don't like too much chemicals in the air. With this little tin I can perch it on my French easel and tap really quickly to clean my brushes one at a time. I paint quicker now too.

This is a good size for small works. However, when painting larger canvases, I need a bigger brush washer that will accommodate larger brushes. Priced well.

Perfect for plein air painting trips and works well but the lid has a cardboard sealer which has already come off and I am concerned as to how long it will be before it starts leaking

This is the size of plein air brush washer I should've have gotten first! I have the "junior" version of this and it's just too small, this one allows for more work, without changing solvent.Easily cleanable and pretty tight fitting lid,(mostly!)a place to scrape off excess paint, the little metal insert is so simple yet all you need!!

Nice size and convenient to put in my paint box.

For your painter box or French Easel, this is perfect. You aren't going to wash 20 brushes at a time with this, but one or four should work just fine.

Small and great anyone who likes pleinair painting this is a must especially if your limited in space.

not happy with this one at all ... the card board in the lid doesn't stay put, as the fumes of the Zest-it (low odor solvent) disolves the glue and the colour slush somehow merges with the plastic and can't be cleaned out ... have thrown the plastic jar into the bin and am using the insert in a small glass jar ... too expensive for it not to do the job!
